Is this rack difficult to clean?

It is easy to clean. Simply soak in water, then scrub with a brush or run through a dishwasher.

 

Is this cooling rack dishwasher safe?

Yes, it is dishwasher safe.

 

How high is the cooling rack off the counter?

If placed on the counter, it stands ½” high. A standard half-sheet pan has sides about 1 inch high, so this cooling rack fits perfectly into one of those.

 

Is this rack broiler safe?

Yes, it is.

 

What is this made of?

Our cooling rack is made of solid Industrial 304 grade 100% Stainless Steel (SS 18/8), rust proof and oven safe.

 

Can this be used in roasting pork or beef?

Absolutely.

 

Is this safe to use on my gas grill?
