TUNA SALAD Print

Serves: 4  
Ingredients
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Kelp seasoning (optional)

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt, pepper to taste
Directions

Drain tuna, place in a bowl and break up with a fork into smaller pieces. Add other ingredients, mix well to combine. Whisk dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, pour over the salad and mix again. Sprinkle kelp flakes and season to taste.
